Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery:

Most orders are received within 0-12 business days from the date your payment has cleared and depending on your location. 

Delivery to Sydney and most Australian capital cities is normally 0-3 business days. Out of city suburbs 1-5 days business days and regional/country areas can take up to 14 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. SafetyRazors.com.au offers same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. 

Razor Distributors ships orders by Toll, Fastways, Couriers Please or Australia Post.

**Please note, express shipping is quicker in most cases but doesn't not guarantee next day delivery. We will endeavour to get your order dispatched ASAP but due to the current COVID climate, overnight delivery is not guaranteed. It will be faster than regular but the delivery time will depend on your location**.

Orders sent via Toll, Fastways or Couriers Please will need to be delivered to a street address. They do not deliver to Australia post addresses, PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If your address is an Australia post address your order will be sent using Australia post. 

Razor Distributors only delivers to Australian and New Zealand addresses and does not ship internationally (apart from New Zealand) at this stage.

Pick up is also available from our Peakhurst NSW warehouse for all online orders. After your purchase you will be emailed or phoned to arrange the time and day the order will be picked up.
